1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched for delivery. To cancel, go to My Orders → Select Order → Cancel Order. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible. For COD orders, no charges apply on cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if: (a) you received a wrong item, (b) item was damaged or expired, (c) item was missing from your order, (d) order was not delivered. Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at contact@shoptodoor.in or call +91-7906458730 with your order number and issue description. Attach photos of damaged/wrong items if applicable. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method: UPI payments → credited to UPI account, Card payments → credited to card, Net banking → credited to bank account. COD orders → bank transfer (you'll need to provide account details).

5. Non-Refundable Items

Perishable items (vegetables, fruits, dairy) are non-refundable unless damaged or expired. Items that have been used or consumed are not eligible for refund.
