ShopToDoor provides quick grocery delivery services in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. We deliver groceries and daily essentials to residential addresses within our serviceable areas including Hariashraya Nagar, Adiyogi, Aarogyam Society, Alice Villa, Crystal World, and nearby localities.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.
Orders are subject to availability and our delivery area. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking (through Razorpay), and cash on delivery. Minimum order value is ₹99.
We aim to deliver within 20 minutes of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on distance, weather, and demand. Delivery is available 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week. Free delivery on orders above ₹199.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
We source fresh products daily and ensure quality. If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
ShopToDoor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
